What It Does

The rear shackle hanger takes all the stress when you're towing or hauling. Unfortunately, in its stock form, it's not up to the task. Our overlay adds material around the bolt hole where it's needed most. The stock hanger is made from thin stamped sheet metal, which is fine for daily drivers, but if you use your truck the way it's meant to be used, over time, you may notice cracks forming. If you catch it in time, you can repair it with this overlay. If not, you're in for an expensive repair.

Installation

Remove the lower rear shackle bolt, weld our overlay in place, reinstall the shackle bolt, paint it black, and you're good to go.
